Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review and select the benefits that best support you and your family for the upcoming plan year. This hub was created to make the process simple by providing the resources you need to understand your options and complete your selections in Paycom.
Here you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to log into Paycom and complete your enrollment, along with Enrollment Guides available in both English and Spanish to help you compare plans and costs.
Our benefits partner HUB International will host a live Open Enrollment webinar on March 17, 2026 (English) to review any updates and walk employees through the enrollment process. A Spanish version will also be available in Paycom for employees who prefer to review the information in Spanish.
At the end of the Open Enrollment period, all current benefit elections will automatically carry over through passive enrollment except for medical coverage. Medical plans must be actively selected during Open Enrollment. We strongly encourage everyone to log in, review their elections, and confirm any pricing changes before allowing selections to roll over.
We’re also pleased to share that we are keeping the same trusted insurance carriers, and we’re introducing a new affordable medical plan option to provide additional cost-friendly coverage choices.
