Champion Team AI Pilot Program

We’re doing something we’ve never done before.
Over the next eight weeks, we’re piloting an AI program across our operations — and we’re looking for a small group of employees to lead it with us. We’re calling this group the
Champion Team.
This is not a tech training. It’s a leadership opportunity.
The Champion Team will be the first to use these tools, the first to give feedback, and the first to help their peers figure out what works. When we roll this out company-wide, it’ll be because of what this group built.
We’re looking for 6 to 10 people across Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. Any department, any role. You don’t need to be technical. You just need to be curious, reliable, and willing to try something new.
What the commitment looks like:
• Eight weeks starting May 11
• One short weekly check-in with the group
• One new AI habit per week to try and give feedback on
