Reep's Mental Health Support Resources

At REEP Residential, we understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and we want employees to know they are not alone. 

Mental health support can be beneficial for many different situations, including:

• stress
• anxiety
• burnout
• grief
• relationship challenges
• emotional exhaustion
• or simply needing someone to talk to during difficult times.

All employees are automatically enrolled in Mutual of Omaha resources, which include three (3) free counseling sessions at no cost. 

Employees enrolled in Blue Cross Blue Shield also have access to five (5) free face-to-face counseling visits.

These services are confidential, affordable, and designed to be easy to access so employees can receive support when they need it most. Prioritizing your mental well-being is just as important as taking care of your physical health.
